- Take a cup and dissolve jaggery in little water.
- Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, cardamom powder, sesame seeds, baking powder, baking soda (optional) and mix it.
- To it, strain jaggery water and mix to get mysore bajji consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop in small dumpling with hands and deep fry until golden brown in colour.
- At last, transfer into paper towel and dust some powdered sugar.
Now sweet dumpling are ready to serve.
