SWEET DUMPLING

Ingredients used in SWEET DUMPLING
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Sesame seeds (dry roasted) - 2 teaspoons.
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Sugar powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a cup and dissolve jaggery in little water.
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, cardamom powder, sesame seeds, baking powder, baking soda (optional) and mix it.
  • To it, strain jaggery water and mix to get mysore bajji consistency.
  • Heat oil in a pan, drop in small dumpling with hands and deep fry until golden brown in colour.
  • At last, transfer into paper towel and dust some powdered sugar.

Now sweet dumpling are ready to serve.
