TOMATO PAYASAM

Ingredients used in TOMATO PAYASAM
• Tomatoes - 250 grams.
• Sugar - 125 grams.
• Rice - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Cashew nuts - 10 numbers.
Method:

1. Take a pan and add water, tomatoes and boil it. 2. Remove the peel and blend into smooth tomato paste in the blender. 3. To it add rice, coconut and blend it again to a smooth paste. 4. Take the pan and add tomato paste, sugar and cook it by mixing thoroughly. 5. Add cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. 6. Add raisins, cashew nuts roasted in ghee. 7. Now tomato payasam ready. You can serve this hot or cool.
