Ingredients used in Ziti
• Mozarrella cheese - to taste.
• Basil - to taste.
• Garlic - to taste.
• Ragu traditional pasta sauce - 2 bottle.
• Barilla penn pasta packet - 1 bag.
• Capsicum (chopped) - 1 number.
• Onion medium (diced) - 1/2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Boil 3/4 quantity of water in a big pot.
  • To it add some salt, oil, and pasta, cook until pasta is 3/4th cooking done. drain out and wash it with cool water so that it won't stick together.
  • In another vessel put some oil, fry the diced onions and capsicum together till soft.
  • Then, add the ragu traditional pasta sauce, later bring it to a boil.
  • To the same pan, even add as per taste garlic, salt, and basil. stir, cook for 5 more minutes.
  • When flavors are incorporated, add the cooked pasta and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven at 250 centigrade, remove the above-cooked pasta into a baking tray.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese as per taste, put it in the oven until the cheese starts melting.
  • Remove and serve hot with garlic bread or as it is.

Note: Pasta sauce depends on how saucy u want the pasta to be. It may actually require 1(1/2) bottle for 1 packet.
