Recipe of Agaraadisil..Sweet Pongal

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Ghee 1/4 Cup
Cashew 6-8
Cardomon Pinch
Milk 8 Cup
Jaggery 1 Cup
Rice 1 Cup
Camphor(edible) Pinch

Directions

1.Cook Rice and Milk for 20min in low flame.
2.Stir continuously to avoid overflowing..
3.Add jaggery when rice is cooked
4.Fry cashew,and raisin in ghee add to it
5.Add cardomon and camphor when ghee oozes out

Please post the correct recipe for akkaravadisal.
It is the favorite dish of my close friend. help me in surprising her by preparing the dish.

this is traditional iyengar food....it is called as akkaravadisal... and the recipe is wrong
