I need clarification w.r.t your basil tea recipe. The first step states that water and basil leaves must be boiled & allowed to simmer for 3 - 4 minutes. The third step states that the basil tea bags must now be added. So what is the difference between the basil leaves boiled with the water in step one & the basil tea bags in step three?

Dear Chef
I really dont like the idea of adding wate to tea of any kind at all. I have tried many combinations and found boiling milk till it goes thick and then adding tea leaves and finally sugar makes it more creamy and refreshing.
