Ingredients used in chekodi
• Red chilli powder. - half tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Sesame seeds. - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • First take a pan and pour 1 cup of water.after boiling water add 1 cup of rice flour. salt,chilli powder and sesame seeds and keep mixing.
  • Take it from a pan and mix small dough.keep dough in a cover 10 minute,after wors take small balls and rub in your hands it become like a small stick using your fingers make a circle.we can combine edges slightely with water.
  • Take a pan and pour the oil in a medium heat we can fry chekodilike brown color.
