Coriander Leaves
Corn Flour 1 Tablespoons
Rice Flour 1 Tablespoons
Besan 2 Tablespoons
Chopped Green Chillies 4 Numbers
Thin Sliced Onions 2 Numbers
Channa Dal 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
Oil To Fry


Soak channa dal in water overnight and grind it into a coarse thick paste in the blender without adding much water. Now add all other ingredients to the paste to the consistency of masala vada batter. Heat oil in a kadai and drop the batter in in lumps. Deep fry till golden brown. Crispy pakodas ready!!
