Ingredients used in CLAMS CURRY
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Asefotida(hing) - pinch.
• Red whole chillies - 4-5 no.
• Onions - 1 large.
• Clams - 2 cup.
• Tamarind paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • In a boiling water, cook clams. They will open remove the flesh and throw the upper part of shell but keep few with shells attached to it for more taste. Keep aside.
  • Now in a pan take some oil and fry red whole chillies, coriander seeds and add it to grated coconut along with turmeric powder also add asefotida and grind it .
  • In a pan take oil and fry onions, and the above paste.After 4-5 minutesadd Clams. Add Salt and bring it to boil.
