Ingredients used in BOMBLI TAWA FRY
• Salt To Taste.
• Coriander leaves, chopped 1 Bunch.
• Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons.
• Garam masala powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
• Green chillies, crushed 1 Teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons.
• Fresh Bombay duck fish, cut into two halves 6-8 Piece.
• Rice flour 1 Tablespoons.
• Oil for pan frying 0.
How to make the recipe:
Wash and clean fresh Bombay duck fish and cut them into two halves and put in a mixing bowl. Add crushed green chillies, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt and about 1 tbsp rice flour (this helps in coating the masala to the fish). Mix all the ingredients well so that the fish is nicely coated with the spices. Heat oil in a hot pan or tawa and pan fry the fish pieces until crisp and golden in colour.
