Ingredients used in Lamb Pepper With Chironji
• Lamb - 1000 grams.
• Chironji - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chillies or any chillies - 4 numbers.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatos puree - 1 number.
• Garlic - 5 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1 small.
Method:
  • Take a blender add whole garam masala,coriander powder,cumin seeds, red chillies,chironji make it into a paste by adding water and keep a side.
  • In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onions, salt and fry till light golden brown colour then add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, water mix will then add the blended paste of chironji and mix will cook for 5minutes,then add tomatoes pure, cook till you see oil out and then add mutton or lamb,and salt cook till mutton is tender.
  • Once the lamb is done take a non stick pan transfer the moisture from the Lamb and cook till it is thick, then add garlic and pepper just crush them and add, then add cooked lamb, cook till the mutton is golden brown colour in a slow flame.

Finish it of with chopped coriander leaves.

must be like hellfire. I looooove lamb, but it has to be cooked til it's super tender. I don't like chewy lamb. this looks so delicious.
