Ingredients used in ANJEER KA MEETHA
• Fig pieces - (1-1/2) cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Lime juice - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Fruit essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add fig pieces, sugar, very little water and cook it for 8-10 minutes with lid on it.
  • After 8 minutes, add lime juice and cook it until it become soft.
  • To it add any fruit essence, butter and switch off flame and mix nicely, allow it cool.

Now anjeer ka meetha is ready to serve with any ice cream.
