Ingredients used in Akoori
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Green chiies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1.5 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Fry onion in oil till they turn soft.
  • Add chilies, coriander leaves and tomato. Mix well and cook the mixture for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl till thoroughly blended.
  • Add it to the onion mixture and mix.
  • Add salt and keep the pan on fire. Keep stirring . Cook till the eggs become soft.

Akoori is ready.
