Ingredients used in Baigan bharta -Bihari Style
• Salt - to taste.
• Mustard oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 2-4 clove.
• Green chilli - 1-2 numbers.
• Baigan - 1 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - .
Make deep slits in Baigan. Insert Garlic and Chilli#39;s inside the slit. Roast the baigan on cook top. Once cooked, peel the baigan. Take out the garlic and Chilli and crush/mash it. Mash the Baigan. Add salt and mustard oil. Mix everything well. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
