BAKED CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients used in BAKED CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chicken - 400 grams.
• Butter - 2 0.
• Garlic - 6-8 numbers.
• Bay leaf - 1 numbers.
• Carrots - 1/2 cup.
• French beans - 1/2 cup.
• Shallots - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
• Mushrooms - 4-5 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken stock - 1-2 cups.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a plate and add all purpose flour, red chili powder, salt and mix it, later coat this mixture on all chicken pieces.
  • Heat butter in a casserole and add chicken and cook it, later remove into a plate.
  • In the same pan add garlic, bay leaf, carrots, french beans, shallots, coriander leaves, mushrooms, pepper powder, salt and cook it for 1 minute.
  • On it arrange fried chicken pieces, add chicken stock, garam masala and mix it, check for seasoning. Place lid and cook it for 15-20 mins in oven.

Now baked chicken with vegetables are ready to serve with rice.
