Ingredients used in BREAD STICKS
• All purpose flour - 110 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Yeast - 2-3 grams.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Water - 60 ml.
• Carom seeds - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oil, water and mix it to make a hard dough, keep aside for 30 -40 minutes. Divide the dough into small portions and and roll it with hands like as shown in video. Sprinkle carom seeds and roll it again and keep aside for 30 minutes so that proofing take place. Transfer into baking tray, give gases and bake at 220 degree for 15 minutes. *Now the bread sticks are ready to serve with cheese.*
