- Take urad dal and dry roast in a pan and transfer into mixie jar and blend into fine powder.
- Take a bowl, add rice flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, salt, butter and mix nicely.
- Add 1 tsp urad dal powder, water and make a dough.
- Take small portion of dough and make round balls and keep aside.
- Heat oil in slow flame and deep fry ball until crispy, later transfer into paper towel.
Now Butter Balls are ready to serve.
