Ingredients used in CHICKEN LIVER SUKHA
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato - 3 no.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Bay leaf - 2-3 no.
• Green chillies - 3-4 no.
• Whole garam masala each - 2-3 no.
• Onions - 1 no.
• Chicken lever - 2 cup.
• Ginger - 1 small.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Chicken masala powder(optional) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 3-4 clove.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a mixer grind coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies together.
  • In a pan with 1 tbsp oil add bay leaves and whole garam masala. Cut onions and add it to fry it turn slightly brown. Add tomatoes and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the above green masala paste and fry till u get the aroma of these masala.Add remaining spices now.Add chicken liver to it and fry it in masala for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of water and let it cook on medium flame till liver is soft and cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
