Ingredients used in Chole Dhania Masala
• Chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chole masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds(crushed) - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes chopped - 2 numbers.
• Kabuli chana (garbanzo) - 250 grams.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add crushed coriander seeds, coriander leaves, saute it.
  2. Add chopped onions, salt, saute it for a minute and add ginger garlic paste, cook this till raw flavour is gone.
  3. Add chole masala powder, chilly powder, add chopped tomatoes, cook this till tender, add kabuli chana (garbanzo), mix it well and saute it for 2 minutes.
  4. Then switch off the flame, serve this with naan, chapathi.
