Ingredients used in Eggsclusive sandwiches
• Hard-cooked eggs (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Celery (chopped) - half cup.
• Pimiento (diced) - 1.5 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Bread (toasted) - 8 slice.
• Tomato (sliced) - 1 number.
• Bacon - 4 slice.
• Lettuce leaf - 4 numbers.
Method:
Combine eggs, celery, pimiento, salt, pepper powder. Add mayonnaise and stir well. Spread egg mixture on 4 slices of toast; top each with another slice of toast. Arrange tomato slices, bacon and lettuce on top of toast. Top with remaining toast. Cut each sandwich into quarters to serve using wooden picks to hold layers together.
