Ingredients used in Fried Shrimp
• Broasted chicken - 0.
• Shrimp - to 0.
• Lime juice - 0.
• Cooking oil - 0.
Method:
  • Pour oil into a karhai (skillet) and heat on high.
  • Shrimp should be washed, dried and in a bowl. Squeeze enough lemon juice that shrimp gets wet and mix by hand.
  • Pour the Shan Masala (broasted chicken packet) into a seperate bowl.
  • When oil is hot, take each shrimp one by one and dip it into the masala until well coated on both sides and place into oil.
  • Take shrimp out when golden brown on both sides and place into plate lined with paper towel.

add garlic with garlic skin in oil before frying the prawn add spice,salt and lemon juice to taste and fry in the garlicskin fried oil for getting a crispy but different taste of prawn
