Aloo Kay Burger Ki Chatni

Aloo kay burger ki chatni literally means green chutney spread in between a potato filled burger. Chutney is a very important popular dish for many dishes like chaats, sandwich spread or served with snacks. Green chutney is probably the most favorite Indian accompaniment served with crispy samosas, dhoklas, kachoris etc. Snacks served are considered incomplete without the delicious and yummy green chutney. Aloo kay burger ki chatni is prepared with fresh coriander leaves, tamarind, mint leaves, roasted zeera, dry red chilies, whole dhania seeds and salt. Fresh green mint or pudina and coriander flavored chutney is exceptional for sandwich spreads and mint adds an amazing freshness and flavor to the chutney.
