Sorbets and sherbets are similar, but there are some important differences.

To prepare this luscious Black Grape Sherbet, firstly pat juice and sugar in a deep vessel Heat and stir gently till sugar dissolves. Bring this to a boil simmering for 2 to 3 minutes.
