You turned plain white rice into brown coloured rice. You didn't use actual brown rice ... title is misleading?

Chef, I've made this pulao always but with a slight variation, I'd like to share. I put raisins and cashew nuts after browning onions. Then add washed rice and fry a bit before adding water.
