Ingredients used in Sweet With Paan Leaves
• Betel leaves - 10 number.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Almonds flakes - 10 number.
• Cashew nuts powder - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Chironji seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add betel leaves, sauté it well, transfer to a blender and grind to a fine paste.
  • Now take some more ghee in a pan, add chironji seeds, almonds flakes, sugar,water, cook it reaches to one string consistency, add cashew nutpowder and cook well.
  • Add the prepared betel leaves paste, cook on a slow flame till it reaches to desired consistency, transfer to a plate, cool it and cut into desired shapes and sizes.

Delicious Sweet With Pann Leaves is now ready to serve.
