- Take a bowl, add cinnamon powder, corn flour, all purpose flour, pinch of salt, baking powder, mix it well.
- Remove the apple skin, cut them in to wedges, then put the apple wedges into the batter, and deep fry them in hot oil.
- For caramel: Heat a pan, add sugar, make a light caramel on medium flame and drop the deep fried apple wedges.
- Drop this caramelized apple in the ice bath, shock and take it out,
- Take the walnut nuts, caramelize it in the rest of the caramel mixture. Later, crush the walnut with a rolling pin.
Serve it with caramelized apple wedges with scoop of your favorite ice cream.
