Ingredients used in Finger Fish
• Salmon fish - 1 kg.
• Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 2 cups.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Ajinomoto salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar or lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Cooking oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Add salt, black pepper powder, ajinomoto and vinegar to fish and let it marinate for approximately 4 hours.
  • Dip the fish fingers in the beaten eggs and cover fish with a layer of crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the batter coated fish in hot oil on medium flame until golden brown.
  • Once done, then take out on a paper towel so all extra oil get absorb.

Serve it hot.
