LENTIL WHOLE CURRY

Ingredients used in LENTIL WHOLE CURRY
• Tamarind paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 4-5 clove.
• Red chillies - 3-4 no.
• Coconut grated - 1 cup.
• Whole masoor dal - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Wash and Boil Masoor Dal and keep it aside. Now take grated coconut, tamarind paste, redchillies and make paste.
  • Once you make the paste of above mixture add 2 tablespoonof that boiled masoor dal to the mixture and grind it again.
  • Later add this paste to remaining boiled masoor dal and bring it to boil.
  • Add salt. In a pan heat oil add garlic dont remove skin just smash it and turn the gas off as it turns slightly brown add it to the dal.
