BAIGAN BHARTA- BIHARI STYLE

Ingredients used in BAIGAN BHARTA- BIHARI STYLE
• Salt - to taste.
• Mustard oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 2-4 cloves.
• Green chilli - 1-2 numbers.
• Baigan - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Make deep slits in Baigan. Insert Garlic and Chillis inside the slit.
  • Roast the baigan on cook top. Once cooked, peel the baigan.
  • Take out the garlic and Chilli and crush/mash it. Mash the Baigan.
  • Add salt and mustard oil. Mix everything well.

Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
