Ingredients used in Stuffed poori -1
• Besan - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee or butter - 2 teaspoons.
• Water - as required.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
Method:
Take all purpose flour, a pinch of salt, ghee or butter in a bowl. Mix it and with the help of water make a dough.
