1. Soak kidney beans overnight ,or at least for 3 to 4 hours .Grind together onion ,garlic , ginger and green chilli .
2. Heat fat .Fry ground ingredients with turmeric ,chilli powder and coriander powder .When fat fire till meat is half done .
3. Add soaked beans ,salt , more water . Cook till meat is half done .
4. Add soaked beans ,salt, more water . Cook till meat and beans are tender and the gravy is thick .
5. Sprinkle garam masala over.Remove from fire .
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot .
