- Roast dry fruits (i.e., chopped cashew nuts, badam, walnuts) in ghee.
- To it, now add chestnut flour and mix it till nice raw flavor is gone.
- One nice aroma comes, mix by adding sugar.
- After that, put milk and cook slowly for about 10 minutes till its consistency is thick.
- At last, sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
