Ingredients of Tomato bath

Onion (medium size)  1 Numbers
Green chilly chopped  3 Numbers
Asafoetida  1 Pinch
Cashew nuts  5 Grams
Urad daal  1 Teaspoons
Chana daal  1 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds  1/4 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds  1/4 Teaspoons
Tomatoes  2 Cup
Water  3 Cup
Rava (semolina)  1 Cup
Curry leaves  2 Springs
Salt  0 To Taste
Turmeric powder  1 Pinch
Lime juice  1 Tablespoons
Ghee  1 Teaspoons


Directions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splutter, add cumin seeds, chana daal, Urad daal, cashew nuts, cook this cashew nuts gets golden in colour,
  2. Add asafoetida,chopped green chilly, chopped onions, chopped ginger, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, tomatoes, water, comes to boil squeeze lime juice
  3. And add semolina (dry roast them) mix this well put the lid on let it cook for 3 minutes, switch off the flame, let it rest for 3 minutes then serve it.
  4. Serve this with gun powder, peanut chutney, and sugar.
