Tomato Garlic Soup with Tortellini

Ingredients used in Tomato Garlic Soup with Tortellini
• Simple garlic broth - 6 cups.
• Vegetable stock - 8 cups.
• Garlic (minced) - 3 teaspoons.
• Olive oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Paprika - half tea spoon.
• Fresh sage - 1 spring.
• Fresh thyme - 1 spring.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 8 cups.
• Canned tomato - 2 cups.
• Tomato (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Frozen tortellini - 250 grams.
Method:
  • Saute garlic in olive oil and add boiling stock. Stir in the paprika.
  • Tie the sprigs together to form a bouquet. Simmer for up to 30 minutes for the most intense flavor.
  • Remove the bouquet and add salt and pepper, canned tomatoes, chopped tomatoes tortellini and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve hot.
