Ingredients used in Vegetable Fried Rice
• minced garlic 1 Teaspoons.
• minced ginger root 1/2 Tablespoons.
• vegetable broth 1-1/2 Tablespoons.
• diced carrot 1/2 Cup.
• peas 1/2 Cup.
• diced onion 1/2 Cup.
• cooked Jack Rabbit White Enriched Long Grain Rice, cooled 4 Cup.
• eggs 2 Numbers.
• sliced green onion 2 Tablespoons.
• La Coy Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons.
How to make the recipe:
Heat wok or large non-stick skillet over high heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add garlic and ginger. Cook until lightly browned. Add vegetable broth, carrot, peas and onion. Heat for one minute. Add rice and cook for three minutes, tossing frequently. Push rice to the sides of the wok to form a well in the middle of the pan. Spray well with cooking spray; add egg. Cook, stirring occasionally until egg is set. Combine with rice mixture. Add soy sauce and green onion. Heat for one to two minutes longer, tossing frequently.
