Red Chilli Powder	tsp	1/4

Directions \| How to make Aloo Paratha

Wash, Boil, peel and grate potatoes. Peel, wash and grate Onion Chop Coriander Leaves Heat Oil in a Kadai, add grated onion and fry till it becomes golden colour. Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes Add Garam masala powder, Red chilli powder, Dhania Powder, salt and fry well. turn off the flame. Add grated potatoes, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Prepare the dough as usual and make balls. take a ball of dough and flatten it slightly. put a scoop of aloo mixture, gather the ends and shape into a ball. applying flour, flatten it. heat a tava, apply some butter and cook parathas. Serve hot with thick curd.
