Description: Parathas, a popular whole-wheat north Indian flatbread, either made plain or stuffed with some spicy potato/ aloo fillings and cooked to perfection.

|Coriander Leaves (Chopped)||2||Teaspoons|

|Ginger Garlic Paste||1/2||Teaspoons|
|Aloo (boiled And Grated)||4||Numbers|
|Red Chilli Powder||1/4||Teaspoons|
- Wash, Boil, peel and grate potatoes. Peel, wash and grate Onion Chop Coriander Leaves Heat Oil in a Kadai, add grated onion and fry till it becomes golden colour.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes Add Garam masala powder, Red chilli powder, Dhania Powder, salt and fry well. turn off the flame.
- Add grated potatoes, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Prepare the dough as usual and make balls. take a ball of dough and flatten it slightly. put a scoop of aloo mixture, gather the ends and shape into a ball. applying flour, flatten it. heat a tava, apply some butter and cook parathas. Serve hot with thick curd.
Can use different masalas to give different flavours
