Ingredients used in Badami Chicken
• Almonds - 22 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Curd - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Whole garam masala(each) - 2 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chilies - 5 number.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Fresh coconut grated - 2 tablespoons.
• Potato(big) - 1 number.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Lime juice - 1 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Shahjeera/caraway seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take potato peel and cut into cubes keep aside in water.
  • Cut the chicken in the same size as a potato.
  • In a blender add 12 almonds, coconut and make into a paste.
  • Take a pan add oil, wholegaram masalas, shahjeera, crushed almonds, chopped onion, salt, mix well add ginger garlic paste, almond and coconut paste, cook this mixture.
  • Once the masala is cooked add coriander powder, green chilies, curd, potato, water, pepper, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, chicken mix well and close it with a lid and cook in a very slow flame till the chicken and potato are tender.

Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and lemonjuice and serve it.

Did you forget adding Cumin powder? or it is not required for the recipe?. I see you adding coriander and cumin powder together in your other (all?) recipes.
