CHEESE AND POTATO BALLS

Ingredients used in CHEESE AND POTATO BALLS
• Cheese(small pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Red bell pepper - 1/4 cup.
• Yellow bell pepper - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Dried herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oregano - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Potato(boiled, mashed) - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a small bowl and add cheese, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, coriander leaves, dried herbs, oregano, red chili flakes and mix the stuffing mixture.
  • Take a bowl and add soft potatoes, salt and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling of mixture and flat it and stuff the mixture and close the edges to make the round balls.
  • Make the smooth paste of all purpose flour, corn flour with little water.
  • Dip the balls in the smooth paste and coat it with bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls on medium flame.
  • Transfer it into paper towel.

Now the cheese and potato balls are ready to serve with tomato sauce.
