Ingredients used in EGG DOSA 1
• Urad dal - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Honey - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Gun powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (sliced) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Korma (any type) - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Soak the urad dal for 2 hours and make fine paste of it
  • In a bowl add urad dal paste, rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder. and by adding water make it like a dosa batter
  • To this add honey and mix well.
  • Now Heat the tawa and pour the batter and spread it like a dosa.
  • On the top of it put the egg and spread all the sides, and also add some oil.
  • To that add gunpowder, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, tomatoes, korma.

Fold it and Serve hot.
