Recipe of Gold Coins Vegetable:
- Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Sesame seeds - ½ cup
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Salt - to taste
- Beans, chopped - ½ cup
- Corn, crushed - ¼ cup
- Potato, chopped - ½ cup
- Peas - ½ cup
- Carrot, chopped - ½ cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying - 3 cups
- Take a bowl, add boiled potatoes (mashed), crushed corns, beans, carrots, blanched and chopped spinach, green chillies, coriander leaves, all-purpose flour, salt and mix it like a dough.
- Cut rounds from bread slices using a cutter or lid.
- Take the vegetable mixture and put some on the bread slice and spread evenly on one side.
- Apply some maida slurry (mix maida with water) and sprinkle sesame seeds over.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the gold coins over medium flame until they turn golden in color.
- Serve hot with Chilli garlic sauce.
