Ingredients used in Carrot Cake
• Carrots (grated) - 3 cups.
• Cinnamon powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Baking soda - 2 teaspoons.
• Vanilla extract - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Vegetable oil - 1.5 cups.
Method:
  • Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix in grated carrots, vanilla extracts and eggs. Beat and add oil slowly.
  • Pour into a buttered pan, or two diameter round pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until the center is done.
  • Let it cool and then cut into slices.
