when you say in various videos - cook for some time - how much time do you actually mean eg 5 min or 15 min... asking because some of us may not understand how to decide when it is actually cooked.?

Addendum to my previous comment about the spelling of "paneer". I assumed that "panner" was a typo for "paneer" because I've seen it spelled either "paneer" or "panir" in Indian cookbooks, blogs,
