Ingredients used in Chicken Bhujiya
• Chicken - 150 grams.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Water (to make dough) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a boneless chicken without fat and boil it, later mash it nicely.
  • Take a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds, salt, red chili powder, chat masala, chickpea flour, rice flour and mix nicely using water to make like a murukku dough.
  • Place it in bhujia mold and press it in the hot oil pan and deep fry until slightly golden in color.

Now transfer to a plate and serve it.
