Recipe of Paneer pasanda

Salt 1 Pinch
Kastoori Methi 1 Teaspoons
Coriander Leaves 1 Springs
Cream 2 Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Coriander Pdr 1 Tablespoons
Tomato 2 Large
Whole Garam Masala 1 Piece
Cumin 1 Teaspoons
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Onion 1 Numbers
Raisins 1 Tablespoons
Paneer 300 Grams
Corn Flour ,maida 2 Tablespoons
Crushed Cashew Nuts 1 Tablespoons

Directions

  1.  slice paneer as shown and stuff with sweet and tangy preparation of grated paneer,raisins, and for little saurness you can also 
  2. add amchoor pdrmake silky gravy as shown or you can make kofta gravy tooadd pan fried paneer to the sauce and simmer serve hot with zafrani pulao  recipe to be uploaded  follow the video instruction.

Really enjoyed watching the videos as its done with such passion and happiness that its infectious to the extent of making someone who doesn't enjoy cooking want to get up and get started. Also the recipes are amazing and each recipe is done with perfection i.e Paneer Pasanda and not many people know how to do it this well....so my barometer was the pne who knows how to cook paneer pasanda and make a black forest knowshow to cook and teaching was exceptional s its not always easy to teach what one knows.... Thankyou from the bootom of my heart...

Your paneer pasand is excellent... infact all the receipies that i tried has come out great. Your aim: Inspire others to cook.... is definitely worked out for me and my friends.

i also tried ur recipie by replacing tomatoes with tomato ketchup (since i was out of the tomatoes) and that worked out great too...

I made this dish and my husband loved it! The only thing I would change next time is that I would mince the green chillies for the stuffing mixture instead of just cutting them. Also, I left out the golden raisins, and it still tasted great!

Today I tried making paneer pasanda with your recipe & it turned out great! My husabnd & I loved it..I could never make punjabi dishes just like the ones u get at arestaurant before this..Thank you Vahchef!! Keep up the good work of inspiring others to cook!!
