Really enjoyed watching the videos as its done with such passion and happiness that its infectious to the extent of making someone who doesn't enjoy cooking want to get up and get started. Also the recipes are amazing and each recipe is done with perfection i.e Paneer Pasanda and not many people know how to do it this my barometer was the pne who knows how to cook paneer pasanda and make a black forest knowshow to cook and teaching was exceptional s its not always easy to teach what one knows.... Your paneer pasand is excellent... infact all the receipies that i tried has come out great. Your aim: Inspire others to cook.... is definitely worked out for me and my friends.

i also tried ur recipie by replacing tomatoes with tomato ketchup (since i was out of the tomatoes) and that worked out great too...

I made this dish and my husband loved it! The only thing I would change next time is that I would mince the green chillies for the stuffing mixture instead of just cutting them. Also, I left out the golden raisins, and it still tasted great!

Thank you once again! I love your website!!
