Recipe of Air Fried Stuffed Mushrooms:


Mushroom                       -       8 no

Potato mash                     -       2 no

Coriander                         -       ½ bunch

Green chillies                   -       4 no

Green peas                       -       10 gms

Salt                                  -       to taste

Lemon juice                     -       ½ Tsp

Hung curd                       -       ½ cup

Chilly powder                   -       2 tsp

Chaat masala                  -       ¼ tsp

Kasuri methi                    -       ½ tsp

Garam masala powder     -       ¼ tsp

Ginger garlic paste           -       ¼ tsp

Roasted chana powder     -       1 tsp


  1. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C.
  2. Firstly prepare the mushroom stuffing by adding mash potato, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, pressed green peas, salt, and lemon juice. Mix and keep aside.
  3. For making the tandoori marination for mushrooms, take a bowl and add hung curd, chilli powder, chaat masala, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted chana powder and salt. Mix well to make thick paste. Marinate the mushrooms with this mixture.
  4. Fill the potato mixture in the mushroom and then take the tooth pick and insert in the middle.
  5. Before keeping the stuffed mushroom in the air fryer, coat them with little oil and then place the mushroom pieces in the air fryer at 180 degree C for 6 to 7 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve hot with mint chutney or any sauce of your choice.
