BROAD BEANS RAITA

Ingredients used in BROAD BEANS RAITA
• Broad beans - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Fresh coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil broad beans with little water, salt until it become soft.
  • Take a bowl and add yogurt, boiled broad beans, coconut, green chillies and mix it.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder and add this tempering to broad bean raita.

Now broad bean raita is ready to serve.
